We gather from 09:00 - 11:00 every Sunday to connect with God and one another through song, testimony, prayer, learning from the Bible and sharing an ancient, symbolic meal called the "Lord's Supper.” There is no dress code and visitors aren't required to do anything special or identify themselves in the service. We have age-appropriate programmes for children from 24 months to grade seven in a safe, secure and fun environment. To help us serve you well, please pre-register your children in our security system.
pre-register your childDoors open at 08:40, and for security reasons, we close the inside parking and Children's Church check-in at 09:15. We are breast-feeding friendly and moms should feel free to feed sleeping babies while sitting in the congregation without the need to cover up. We also have two parents' lounges for moms or dads of babies aged 0 - 24 months. These lounges have a live feed of the service and a curtained booth for those who prefer breastfeeding privately.
We are a church of Prayer. We have an incredible Heavenly Father who loves to hear our prayers. If you'd like us to pray with you, please let us know below.
Please pray for meWho am I? What is the purpose of life? How can I know God is real and trustworthy? How can I live a life that feels good and also matters in this world? These are some of life’s most important questions. The Bible doesn’t try to give us direct answers to all our questions, instead it points us to a person, the person of Jesus.
Jesus lived the most compelling life - Healing, forgiving, reconciling, instructing and comforting people with His powerful presence. He challenged greed and injustice, critiqued dead religion, befriended outcasts and defended the weak. He was just as comfortable eating with prostitutes as he was confident talking with kings. Whatever we make of his claims to be God and Saviour of the World, it seems that his teaching about money, sex, power and every area of life that’s important to us have transformed our world for the better. Love Him or hate Him but we can’t ignore Him, history won’t allow us.
Central to Jesus’ teaching was His claim to be God in the flesh. He wouldn’t allow us to see him only as a prophet or a teacher - a good moral and spiritual example or some kind of "inspired human". He was constantly pointing to the fact that as God, He had come to live the life we ought to lived, die the death we ought to died and be raised to life to give us and the whole world a fresh start - a life of victory over death and evil now and forever more.
This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in Him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life.
We so often present to God reasons for Him to love and accept us. Pride and guilt have the same root - our longing for unconditional love and acceptance. No matter how hard we work at being good people we always fall short. Even in our highest moments of success, we end up with a gnawing sense of emptiness. But God loves us simply because He is our Father and He has made a way to accept us by sending Jesus to die on the cross, in our place, for our sin.
Ironically, we work so hard for acceptance when Jesus has already done that for us! In response, our first step is to accept that…to accept Him. Only He has the power to free us from guilt, shame and condemnation, from pride and the futility of trying to prove how successful we are. We begin by accepting His love for us. This takes a step of faith.
The church exists, from Jesus, for Jesus and to be like Jesus. This is a high calling and demands a glorious standard which we will always fall short of. Despite the church’s many shortcomings, Jesus remains the same - good, loving, powerful. That’s why we keep doing church with one direction and intention… towards Jesus. We’d love you to be part of that journey with us.
